The Work is protected under the United States Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws worldwide. Any and all rights not expressly granted herein are explicitly reserved by HDI.
No part of the Work may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, adapted, distributed, publicly displayed, publicly performed, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means—whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise—without the prior, express, and written permission of HDI. Unauthorized use, access, or exploitation of the Work constitutes a willful infringement of HDI’s intellectual property rights and may result in civil liabilities, including monetary damages and injunctive relief, as well as criminal penalties under applicable law.
Third-Party Materials: The Work may include references to or incorporate materials, data, trademarks, logos, or other content owned by third parties, including but not limited to Major League Baseball (MLB), the St. Louis Cardinals, and other entities (collectively, "Third-Party Materials"). All Third-Party Materials are the sole and exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected by their respective copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. HDI uses Third-Party Materials solely for informational, non-commercial, and referential purposes, with clear attribution to the original sources as required. HDI makes no claim of ownership, control, or endorsement over Third-Party Materials, and their inclusion in the Work does not imply any affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship with the respective owners. All rights in Third-Party Materials remain vested in their respective copyright holders, and HDI disclaims any liability arising from the use of such materials.
Prohibited Activities: Any unauthorized access, use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Work is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating derivative works, incorporating the Work into other products or services, or using the Work for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization from HDI. Violators will be subject to immediate legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist demands, claims for damages, and pursuit of equitable remedies.
Enforcement: HDI reserves the right to monitor and enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law. HDI will take all necessary actions to protect the Work from unauthorized use, including seeking statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and other remedies available under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Copyright Statement and any disputes arising from the use of the Work shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action related to the Work shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and all parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability: If any provision of this Copyright Statement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
